Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 business days 

• Remote Areas: 5 to 7 business days

3. Order Tracking Once your order ships, we will send you an SMS and email with the tracking number and a link to the courier partner's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking portal to update.

4. Undelivered Packages If the courier partner is unable to deliver the package due to an incorrect address or if you are unavailable, they will typically make up to 3 delivery attempts. After this, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
